ryan, you don't know what I am talking about, I am an ACC guy but me and Powell have had this conversation for months, I am not disqualifying anyone, he was saying that he wasn't sold on Clemson, I just said that when Clemson beats Wake Forest today then he will have no choice but to recognize Clemson as a power. I understand what he is saying, even though I think they are for real, they have completely folded the last couple of years after starting undefeated.

well, the UNC/UL game was in North Carolina of all places. If you watched that game, you would have saw that UL def. had chances to win that game. A 9 point win isnt exactly raping a team and the fact that Duke is terrible away from home only adds to this. Remember what happened to the Dukies last year in crunch time? West Virginia "raped" them. Also, one game doesn't tell the whole story. Syracuse is a talented team but they are very inconsistent.

lol Sweet 16 team? UNC and Wake aren't locks to a Final 4 by ANY STRETCH of the imagination. Duke isn't even cloe to a lock for the Elite 8. Duke is the Sweet 16 team, not Louisville. Was Louisville a Sweet 16 team last year when they RAPED Oklahoma and Tennessee to get to the Elite 8? If UNC struggled inside against Wake, what do you think would happen against bigs like Thabeet, Blair, Samuels, Adrien, and Monroe?

Very good point I think that Big East, ACC, Big 12, or Big 10 can all make cases that they are the better conference. They each have some tough teams that can beat strong opponents it is going to come down to which team shows up and gets the wins when it matters.
