my short list of things that were better in 2010 than 2011. still the best site on the internet, don't get me wrong, but some of us long for days gone by...


1) bash moved from vegas to costa rica. tougher to meet great guys like john, lou, etc
2) no more sportsbook cash/freeplays for u.s. residents - made points worth a lot less
3) number of contests and their payouts greatly reduced
4) poker winnings/contest winnings now are rollovers/free plays
5) trivia winnings paid as freeplays and the questions seem quite a bit tougher

and on a personal note 6) every time i get up to 5000 points i lose a bet that would've gotten me the ipad or i throw it away on paigow
