    Scott Kellen of SixthSenseSports.com, SBR contributor John Ryan, and professional NFL handicapper Vanessa Walsh preview the Sunday card for Week 8 in the NFL.


    Miami at NY Giants
    The New York Giants are a double-digit home favorite coming off of a bye heading into their Week 8 showdown with the Miami Dolphins, who are not playing well in any area of the game right now.





    Minnesota at Carolina
    The Minnesota Vikings and the Carolina Panthers meet in Week 8 in a showdown of rookie quarterbacks Christian Ponder and Cam Newton.





    New England at Pittsburgh
    The New England Patriots have always played well against the Pittsburgh Steelers in the Tom Brady era, and in Week 8 they are coming off of a bye and are a 3-point road favorite.





    Dallas at Philadelphia
    The Philadelphia Eagles are a moderate home favorite over the Dallas Cowboys in the Week 8 NFL Sunday Night Football game. Eagles' coach Andy Reid has a great record with his teams after bye weeks, and the Eagles got a solid cover last week, so they may be primed for another one this week. But Dallas has also been impressing, playing with renewed vigor of late.

    i just wanna mention a stat here...

    john ryan is a good capper when his ats picks are coming off a .674 or better week and between weeks 6 and 12 when the weather is above 40 degrees farenheit and the home stadium of a home favorite who he is backing is artificial turf and has some blue seats in the upper deck
