Do these college stars have insurance policys in case they go down?

ray graham just tore his ACL, and is a 1st round pick lock. luckily hes only a junior, but got me thinking what about guys like Luck, or other senior future super stars? is there such thing as insurance plans for season ending, or even career ending injuries?

Pretty much the norm now a days. All the top guys that have chance to go to NFL NBA get them. Usually it's guys that come back for a junior or senior year. Tebow, Robert Ayers, Sam Bradford, Andrew Luck. All these guys had mill + policys.

Yes, they have insurance like this. It's very expensive and only Blue Chip prospects have it. There's been some question in college football where the money comes from to pay for it, especially for the kids that came from a very low income family. I'm sure the Manning's could afford to pay for it (for Peyton and Eli), so that's not that big of a deal.

They are getting a degree. Thrown into the shitty job market is their insurance if they dont make it to the pros. Too bad most of them are half retarded.
