Cant believe it just cost me 20% to deposit on Bodog.

They accept Visas, but only some of the prepaid cards work. I put on 50 dollars, and in total I paid 9.45 in fees. Thats almost 20%.

I payed 5 dollars to activate the card which had international use and then they still hit me with a 2 dollar international charge. Then I payed an additional 2.45 because of their 4.9% fee.

I think the 5 dollars is a flat fee for all prepaid cards. Do all books charge this?

Yeah it's freaking ridiculous. Even costs $25 to deposit via ** because they don't accept internet deposits...

its the way it is for US players now. My advice, deposit less often but bigger amounts. Rather than $50 several times a week/month, do a couple/few bigger ones.

The max I found for the prepaid cards is 500. Im going to try to do 500, and see what the fees are like.

It will be 25 dollars for their fee, a flat fee of 5 dollars (assuming) and then whatever the INT fee is.

Probably going to be around 40 dollars, which is not bad. 8% to deposit isnt as terrible as 20%.

Once the order is complete it takes 3-4 business days for your account to be credited, if its not in there by friday then send SBR an email. Do you live outside the US or can we buy sportsbook cash again?

    20% to deposit

    ??% to cashout

??% in crazy juice Bodog always has on lines

You're almost guaranteed a negative return on your money so why even try. I'm not even adding in the vairbale of a 53%+ win rate assumption to break even. Stick with a local or find a new hobby bud.

I don't bet much per game. Between 25-100 per game but I would never only deposit 50 bucks. Just go play blackjack and if you get up a few hundred then go deposit online. 50 isn't worth the fees and hassle. I deposited 250 with Bodog a few weeks ago. I got it up to 1,500+ so I requested a payout for 1,500 7 days ago and haven't received any confirmation number yet. I'll be going to 5dimes or bet islands where i can get a p2p payout!!

Face it: on-line accounts for American bettors are pretty much on the brink of extinction.

I deposited $200 Friday and it only cost me like $9.45 to deposit. I was about done with Gambling for a while.....yeah right, and I'm thankfully I redeposited because I tripled it over the weekend.

I never like to keep much in these books so I'm constantly cashing out and leaving very little in there trying to build it back up.
