    I would pay bodog, but I definitely would slow pay them. I'd say that the max payout per week is 1000 and only one payout per 10 days is possible. The fee per payout is also $100.

    You should ask them to fax or scan in a statement that shows the transactions they made for proof otherwise you can't send the money. When they do send them another email back saying it wasn't clear enough and they will have to try again and Your accounting manager will look at the details when he's in his office which will be 2 weeks from now. After that tell them you can only pay $1500 back at a time due to processing issues and you can only make 1 payment per month. And always sign off with "best regards" in your emails.

    Actually, BoDog could probably collect this debt. The amount owed isn't from gambling.. it is from a mistaken transfer. If you walk into a bank, and they give you 2k instead of 200, you owe 1800 (and will lose if they sue you).

    they cant do anything to you except scare you and blacklist you.. just handle it how they would handle it, send them a check that you know will bounce.

    except that its not a debt.. its an overpayment.. huge difference in the banking world..
