Those unemployment checks go right back into the economy. Handouts to billion dollar businesses go right back into their accounts. If u have a problem with one why not the other? I have a small to medium size business and even though I'm one of the heads of the office, I deal with many of the customers with day to day transactions. I've been doing this for almost 31 years. I can tell you that that Dow is up x points is one of the most misleading economic indicators. Most all the people I deal with can barely make ends meet. I'm not sure whose money is in the market, but it ain't the people I'm dealing with. There are more people I know that have quit looking for jobs and skew the "modest" improvement in employment than I can ever remember.

In fairness to both Bush and Obama the internet and automation in general have real killed the employment numbers in the last 6 years or so. Technology has been moving at lightning speed in that period.

I am not walking on cardboard shoes but I am not better off now in my household than in 2008. And I'm not a lying dumbfuk.
