    Heritage...you had me at hello...now you're just another douche

    I'm new to the sbr, but not new to the game. Before anyone even starts, there is nothing more to the story. I don't have 2 accounts, I'm not a bonus whore...I just a regular dickhead that wants to be treated fairly.

    This isn't a huge deal, but I wanted to let everyone know my lastest disappointing run in with Heritage Sports.

    Like a dummy, I used a CC to make a deposit back in early September, $500. The charge went through, and I started to make a little money. A few days later, I get a nasty email from CS person named Shayla. The CC you used was not a prepaid DC, the funds are being taken from your account and put on a 30 business day hold, which expires today the 18th. Keep in mind, they already had a copy of the card, my license, utility bill, etc, etc.

    I understand there alot of scammers out there, and books have to protect themselves.

    Fast forward 30 business day or 45 regular days. I still dont have my money, I've been told its going to be another few days. We'll see if it happens...throughout this process and dealing with customer service I've been treated like a piece of shi*. Their customer service needs some training on how to treat customers.

    The moral of the story, don't use ************. Anyway, this is just a heads up to fellow players.

    Isn't it only a 30 day hold on your very first deposit with a CC....after that there is no hold? Was this your first deposit with that card?

    Yeah, I've made several depoist with this card, to heritage. It was never a problem before. I want to say this was deposit number 4 or 5. Holding the money was one thing, treating me like a criminal/scammer was really my issue with these guys. Sometimes I wonder if it's a language barrier, or a cultural thing. But the customer service people come off like such a-holes.

    Wow, that sucks then. I thought places only hold on the first deposit.

    Time for a new book maybe? Hopefully that withdrawl gets processed soon.

    This thread is a waste of time. This is entirely your fault. If you wanted to use a CC to deposit you should of used ** online. You can use a card there to send to one of there names. Why would you ever want to send them copies of your license and utility bill? That just sounds dumb. Use a ** or ** method next time and you will never find yourself in trouble.

    Fuk Heritage and their bullshit customer service! I'm also still waiting on a casino rebate I was suppose to get 2 months ago. Every time I email or live chat with them about it, all I get is a fuk'in run around! Done with those pricks! Bet Jamaica was miles above these idiots in CS! Tak'in my cash elsewhere!
