This isn't a huge deal, but I wanted to let everyone know my lastest disappointing run in with Heritage Sports.
Like a dummy, I used a CC to make a deposit back in early September, $500. The charge went through, and I started to make a little money. A few days later, I get a nasty email from CS person named Shayla. The CC you used was not a prepaid DC, the funds are being taken from your account and put on a 30 business day hold, which expires today the 18th. Keep in mind, they already had a copy of the card, my license, utility bill, etc, etc.
I understand there alot of scammers out there, and books have to protect themselves.
Fast forward 30 business day or 45 regular days. I still dont have my money, I've been told its going to be another few days. We'll see if it happens...throughout this process and dealing with customer service I've been treated like a piece of shi*. Their customer service needs some training on how to treat customers.
The moral of the story, don't use ************. Anyway, this is just a heads up to fellow players.
