This is the team you capped at 10 points better than Miami?
Take a closer look at these two teams...
Miami's OFEI (if you follow Fremeau)--- is 3rd in the country. Louisville's is 22nd.
If you're willing to throw 9 points my way, let me know.
Miami is in no way a great football team, but they have the athletes on both sides of the ball to play with Louisville.
Kids as clueless as it gets

Miami has talent with tough kids, no way this will be a blowout. The Cards were overrated this year.

Louisville would have finished second in the ACC if they played in that conference this year
and definitely would have put up more of a fight than Clemson did if they hosted FSU.
Louisville defense is very good. And you got Teddy Bridgewater at QB.
After Miami lost their playmaker running back they were a very weak football team.
You can't tell me that Louisville would have lost to Duke or V-Tech

Why would losing to Duke be a stretch?
Louisville needed OT to beat Cincinnati, and beat Temple 24-17.
Duke's a stretch? Please.
You are without a clue.
I'll ask again. What was Louisville's most impressive win?
Louisville barely finished 2nd in the American---, they would not have finished 2nd in the ACC.

if you like money take Louisville in this contest.
Miami being ranked #7 was only to boost TV ratings for the
prime time matchup with FSU.

Not only can I tell you, I WILL tell you. Duke runs all over Louisville. Va. Tech's defense stops Louisville dead in it's tracks. Louisville's ATS recoed this season was 4-7. Worthless. Look at that schedule. It does not get any easier than that, and Louisville STILL could not win their own Conference Championship, losing AT HOME to UCF. Florida State, Clemson, Duke, and Va. Tech would have defeated them. Louisville is 1-2 vs ACC teams in Bowl Games. Where do you come up with some of the caca that you spread in here?

Louisville looked like they were holding out on offense entire season. Maybe they were saving it for the bowl game and will actually score more than 20 pts.

Does last year and 05 vs LSU ring a bell
Hurricanes defense is soft, Cardinals has a lot of Florida players on the roster, might play with a chip on thier shoulder since they weren't heavily recruited by the local school

Worst Case scenario. Lousiville's 2014 ACC Schedule. 2014 Home: Florida State, NC State, Wake Forest, Miami (FL)
Road: Boston College, Clemson, Syracuse, Virginia
Someone gets a shot at revenge for this year's game. You also have a date in South Bend against Notre Dame. Good Luck in your new conference.

Miami hasn't played in a bowl game in three years and from a motivation standpoint, they will be up for this game. After last year, Louisville had BCS aspirations and you gotta think that the Russell Athletic Bowl was not what they had in mind. I think they come out flat. Coaching about even; slight edge to Golden.
Miami is healthy (other than Johnson) and both teams will score, but Louisville won't be able to keep up. I'm not sure what the O/U is yet, but the game should be played in the 60s.

you got that right L-Kidd this is a huge addition for the ACC.
Have some confidence though. Your boys are going to kick the Canes ass in this one.
i have no bias here. Not a fan of either team and i'm tellin yall Louisville is head and shoulders better than Miami.
Trust me if Logan Thomas and V-Tech can do what they did to that Miami defense
Teddy-B is going to be able to name the score.

It's one thing to say "hey, a 27 point lead in the 3rd quarter is big, but not automatic." But no one watching this game would say that. Next level play from Teddy Ballgame.
