    SBR BEST BET THREAD - Sunday, October 16th 2011

    Post your strongest bet of the day. You can use any sport you want, all types of straight wagers accepted, just make it clear.

    You may play money lines but only between -500 and +500.

    Scoring: -110 is risking 1.10 to win 1.00 and +110 is risking 1.00 to win 1.10 and so on.

    Post your record along with the play, the line, the odds, and the book. Please use American odds, not decimal.

    Using "SBR Book" and "Local" are not acceptable sources and your wager will not be graded.

    For MLB wagers, both listed pitchers must start in order for your bet to be valid unless stated "Action" for the game.

    i've already talked to yisman about it, so i at least know some of the history behind it now. but can anyone else add in why there's a -500/+500 ML limit in the best bet thread?

    someone asked why it wasn't higher, and i had no idea. i guess were people betting huge, -2000ish faves every day and people got tired of it?
