Used to be, but everyone knows he sucks now...

    Flacco...

If they had a good all around QB they would be favorites to win Superbowl...

Carson Palmer is overrated too, people still think he's an elite quarterback, guy is as bad as sanchez. If he wouldnt of quit, he would be backing up somewhere.

Bradford and Ryan. I never saw the hype with Bradford last year, and his weaknesses are starting to show this year. Ryan is a very serviceable QB, but he isn't elite. Last year people were trying to put him in the same category as Peyton and Brady. I just laughed at that stuff. His good QB play is a product of the great weapons around him.

I think bradford will improve once he gets some talent around him. But i completely agree about Ryan, he is far from elite. He is mediocore at best. Just a game manager

    Jay Cutler.

If Tim Tebow does not win games, then he would be overrated.

I agree to agree with Matt Ryan and I'm a fukking die hard bleed black and red Falcons fan. He's not elite, just a game manager. This was his year to make that jump from game manager to elite and even with all his weapons around him he still won't pull it off.

Also, I'd have to say Mark Sanchez. He just reeks and the Jets can't win anything with him.

You could take him off the Pats, plug in another midget slot receiver, and that offense wont skip a beat.
He is definitely in an ideal situation in New England, but Welker is a hell of a receiver. Great route runner, some of the best hands in the league, and tough as fukk. How many other elite WRs are willing to run across the middle, even a fraction of the times Wes does? Only a couple.

Ray Lewis is a great player and HOF but these last few years he has been king of jumping on the pile for extra tackle numbers. Ray Lewis in coverage is also probably sub par and his last 3 pro bowls are like Jeters last three gold gloves, just given on sake of name alone (dont know which one is worse really). Still terrific HOF player but overated for the last 2-3 years.

I don't understand how anybody could say Vick is 'overrated' after the year he put up last year when healthy. And when healthy he has looked great. Last week vs. Buffalo he had a few bad decesions and a few act of gods. But the week before the 400 yards passing 70 yards rushing. Not many if any QBs can do what he can do.

Everyone in the world now says he is too small, blah this blah that. Eagles will still be fine it will take 9 wins to win that division. they are what 2.5 back? Facing the Red-skins next. Anybody really believe a team lead by Grossman is a good team. I think this whole ting with vick being over-rated comes from more of a personal bias then anything.

Everything that is said about the guy is true. He is the most electrifying player in the NFL. I would pay good money to see him play.
    Don't really understand it.

And I don't get this mention of Wes Weslker here. Over-rated is praise that is not deserved. Welker still has to work his offense for him to work in that offense.
mark sanchez? Who in the world has said that he is even an above average qb? Who? Not one person by the media has said that.

The answer is Tebow. Teboow. and Tebow. The guy is loved by the media and fans. The fans are so blind, denver ****** themselves in the ass drafting him, they knew the fans would be chanting his name as soon as the starter sucks, and they would be forced to start him even though he his back up to the back up quality qb.

yea and those three teams you named would be just great without those three guys

peyton is not overrated... but neither is romo or vick... or eli, bc everyone already knows he is garbage
