    Ever since he had that pneumonia earlier this year and was hospitalized for 2-3 weeks... he hasn't been the same. He just lost his steroid mass during that healing process... never recovered.

    there definitely some weight to what Mr Gold is saying here, seems obvious something bothering his lower body as he is unable to turn on anything atm.
