    I think its more of a strategy

    very few are going to take the over, and if it hits pinnacle wont hurt much

    probably a bunch of amateurs pounding the under, if they lose then pinnacle makes some $$$, if the under cashes its only at -1000. the same people are gonna give it back and more in another game
