No, they have one free withdrawal per month. Lots of rules and fine print, along with one csr saying one thing then the supervisor saying that was incorrect after the fact. I tried to book to book transfer some money and along with a $250 charge they said you have to have 2 withdrawals before you can transfer. I asked why they had this rule and they said because they want to make sure they have a long term relationship with the client before they do transfers. I informed them I had an acct there for 2 yrs already but it didn't matter. So then I request a free payout via courier over livechat, which is how they say you have to do it and the csr obliges. This was on a Friday, and late Monday still no sign of processing my request. I get on chat and they say they have no record of a withdrawal request. Finally I paste a copy of the chat that was on Friday and they agree to send me the check. Still waiting on it, hopefully will come this Monday. Had issues with bad info and rulings from csr which I tried to get mediated by SBR but I guess they gave up on it because I haven't heard anything in 2 weeks. Basically just not a well run business IMO
