    Stadium cheese

Wish they sold this stuff in a jar like the mustard. Cant find anything that resembles the cheese you get with your nachos at games

My uncle works for Sysco Foods, and he has several stadiums in his region as clients. Sysco supplies food to movie theaters, hospitals, stadiums, schools, restaurants, etc.

You need to buy the little plastic nacho cheese dispenser that they use at the stadiums and circus. It's really cheap, plugs in and keeps the cheese piping hot and you buy the cheese from Sysco or another wholesaler.

Here is a website for them.

    Agreed.

It's just like ranch dressing in a restraunt. Cant find anything in the stores that tastes as good as what you can get in a restraunt.

Nice thing is you can find the small and large cans(large cans make well over a gallon of cheese sauce) in most supermarkets. I haven't seen the pouches in the supermarket, but might be available at places like Sam's or Costco.

A lot of ranch dressings in restaurants are Ken's Steakhouse in the 1 GAL plastic jar. Then, they're just portioned out for service. A couple different places I've worked have added equal parts Buttermilk and mayo to the purchased Ken's Steakhouse ranch dressing.

I've seen the vendors use the old fashion 'squirt cheese' and melt it on a few occasions. Disgusting shitt.

Pretty sure they are national, but not sure. They specialize in concession foods, I think the only reason I can find it in stores here, is because they're based where I live in San Antonio. Pretty much all the ballparks, sports venues, stadiums, carnivals, fairs anything that has concession stands around here use them. They do all that concession stuff, chips, nacho cheese sauce, popcorn, peanuts in the shell etc.

Funny to see this. I has this same discussion with someone yesterday.

Only problem I see with buying it for home use is that I imagine some of the greatness of ballpark cheese is the overall setting in which you're consuming it! Hard to replicate a ballpark experience.

Let me know if it's any good.

One of those links had it where you can buy just one big can. Granted it makes a ton of sauce but it's less than $10 and if you like it you can buy it by the case.

Inside an NHL arena, hockey fans have limited time between periods to accomplish a variety of tasks. Saying hello to friends. Maybe having a smoke. But usually, the focus is on two specific tasks: The acquisition of food and beverage, and the eventual expelling of them.

One Montreal Canadiens fan – in a spiffy new Shea Weber jersey, no less! – decided to multi-task at a recent game. And while we’ve never advocated for men’s bathroom photography in eight years of doing Jersey Fouls (for safety’s sake), we’re happy some enterprising fan decided to capture this moment.

The moment when a hockey fan stashed his soda and nachos under a urinal he was peeing in.
