game was over when they didnt go for it on 4th and 1 late in the 4th. instead they kick it to the falcons and give the home team with so many weapons that kinda chance.

Philly should've finished the game up 31-21....Vick or no Vick! Their pass rush/coverage was killing Ryan for most of the game but you have to seal the deal in the 4Q. How many times does a team cover when they give up a 14 point swing with a turnover. Andy Reid tries to be too tricky for his own good once again and it burned him.

Eagles gave this game away, fumble and phantom pick killed them, falcons were dominated after their 1st drive. Terrible loss.

Blind Homer is blind. Eagles didnt give anything away ... Vick didnt set the ball on the ground and walk away, Atlantas Defense exploited one of Vicks Weaknesses and took it away.

The time of possession was pretty much even. Eagles had a big lead and could not hold on. The Falcons offensive line kept their QB standing.

I dunno. I thought our Front four looked great.

That one turner run killed us. Besides that our defense played well. Obviously there is room for improvement, but I think our front four is going to lead us to a super bowl. When you can get that much pressure with your front four, and you have a great secondary. Good things are going to happen. If teams want to run the ball on us, like Andy Reid said let them. This is a passing league. And with a Healthy Vick we would win of won this game. Hell without that crazy fumble in the red zone we would of. Everything favored ATL in that game, every team has games like this. Eagles fans shouldn't be concerned with a loss like this at all. We played overall well, McCoy looked great, Maclin seems to be back, and Vick even is getting Celek invovled in the passing game. Oh yeah, the offensive line, looked the best it has all season. Jason Peters had one hell of a night. lots of good things for the eagles.

But of course there are always going to be haters out there, who want to hate on this team because all the free agents came to Philly. That comes with a great team.

Well. IF young gets healthy he is a doable guy that I think we are still could contend for it. We won't run away with the division like we would with Vick.

Hell even Kafka looked good late in the game, but obviously he doesn't get enough practice with the first team, nor is the game plan developed for him.

It sounds like Vick has a concussion, so if he passes his tests he will be playing. I say he misses a week, at the very least. It just sucks, that he just got hit like that in the worst possible way. The guy just had bad luck there, gets sacked like that and right into his o-line men. Right when I saw him over on the bench like that it was obvious it was a concussion.

Just get better Vick, coming back earlier is not worth a win if it means screwing up your health later in life.

Obviously our defense was terrible last year because our d-line was terrible, our secondary was terrible, and our line backers were terrible. We had a third stringer starting for us.

It is just one game, the eagles red-zone defense will be fine this year, if not in the upper 25 percent in the league. Like I said many times you can create that much pressure with your front four, there is not going to be that much room to pass in the redzone since there is no need to blitz.

Well the Falcons got in the red zone 5 times and they score 5 TD's. That's 100%. I think that qualifies as scoring easy TD's.
