I am no expert, but I say the Giants take this one. They are a good team who underperformed. The Panthers on the other hand have performed exactly the way I expected, perhaps even overperformed a bit vs the Seahawks.

This is a playoff contender facing a cellar dwellar. I'll take the Giants for the spread.
