So I had Utah +8.5 & lost by the hook, even though bookmaker initially graded it as a win only to change it to a loss later. My question is how did Vegas handle paying out this game? Did Vegas pay out on Utah until the score was changed? What about all the people who threw away their USC tickets thinking they lost? The refs should know the rules of the game, this crap should never happen.

I dont think the commission made any ruling, theyre allowing individual properties to handle it their own way. But I imagine if some people have a ticket a casino doesnt want to pay they will contact the commission and complain.
