he's a good all around offensive threat, but he's an absolutely terrible choice as a primary between the tackles type running back

Pats are currently carrying 2 tackles, with the starting RT out. Solder (rookie) will be starting in that spot. Expect the Dolphins to attack him hard. This will open up a lot of opportunities for Gronkowski helping on the right side though, because he'll give a quick block then slip into the open spot. He should have a great game

    Here's an interesting stat

Miami is 11-3 ATS in its last 14 spots as an underdog, while the Patriots have a 2-5 spread mark in their last seven games held during September.

7 points lol , odds makers are getting exactly what they want people thinking its a trap blah blah blah. They have to make a line its not gonna be 10 points . The line is where it has to be. Public will clean up on this game and second half. Any play on Miami has to be first half or forget it.

Miami has an entire new offensive scheme this year with a new offensive coordinator. The Pats know about as much as you or I what the Dolphins are going to do on offense this year.

2 years ago week #1 Pats at home vs the Bills, some "ridiculously" low spread and everyone said the Pats were gonna win by 3 td's...didn't happen, I'd play the Dolphins tonight or nothing, imo...but I won't be on either side. Like the raiders in the late game though.

I don't doubt that Miami is going to lose, but it could be a field goal game. +7.5 is the way to go, but I think I may just stick to OVER.

This is a carbon copy of the Stanford thread. Vegas doesn't give away free money blah blah effing blah. Whats the obsession with trying to appear sharp. It's like the kids at school who were non confirmist to try and give themselves the edge. If you think the Finns is such a great bet lets see some screenshots fellas? Or is this another attempt where if Pats cover no big deal as most ppl expect them too and in the unlikely event of a finns cover you come on here giving it

New England has won seven straight games on opening weekend, the NFL's second-longest active streak behind Pittsburgh's eight. The Dolphins, meanwhile, have lost their past five home openers

    All in, Pats ML.

Patriots ain't blowing out anyone on the road on opening day. Game will be tight until the end. Not many road favs of -7 cover in the NFL.
