    I can't get through via the phones either gentlemen however, I am currently in a live chat session trying to find out whats going on here. I'm sure the last thing Bookmaker wants is to have an issue like this on the opening weekend of the NFL season.

    I couldn't get through via the phone lines at all however, I was able to get in live chat to ask a few questions. Unfortunately, the only info received regarding this matter was that they were in the middle of an upgrade at the momement and the site should back back up and running again very shortly for everyone.

    Who schedules an upgrade on Sunday afternoon in the middle of the games?? Shouldn't upgrades be handled at like 2am Tuesday morning?
