site went down yesterday, then again today. they are charging 6% fees on deposits and to much to cash out. Rep hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Dave Mason send out promotions that their reps dont even honor when you call in.i am throughly pissed at BOL and plan on ranting until they fix their service. ALL PLAYERS NEED TO BE WARNED THAT THIS IS NO LONGER AN A BOOK....more like and F for "fu cks players.

They stopped the points program without informing your customers or compensating them for the lost points
THey charge a 6% fee to depost money but dont give the fee back as free play.
the free play "lifetime" comes with retrictions out the ass
The fees are the highest in the industry to cash out
circled games have to be called in instead of wagering them on line
Their reps hang up on people

The only positve is that deposits are easy to make and go through without a lot of hassel provided your website is up.
