I just received a mail with a 100% Signup Bonus and 10x rollover, bonus is freeplay and I saw that the book is rated quite good here...somehow I dont feel too comfortable, cant explain why though...can anyone give me feedback for the site?

There seems to be quite a few complaints against BetonLine around here, but I have been receiving their free monthly payouts for the last half a year, or more. These took 3-4 weeks to arrive, but have been coming each and every month. I have also made several book2book transfers out for well over $25,000 -- all of which were taken care of within a couple of hours. BetonLine used to give out huge bonuses, would give you a $1000 freeplay for each $100,000 in bets with their loyalty program, plus several other perks such as allowing you to get a football loss back or get your bet back at halftime. It seems that once BetonLine got their customer base up to where they wanted, they cut back on most of these benefits. However, they are very reliable. Even tho some complaints have surfaced, none of which cause me concern with my balance, BetonLine works with SBR just as all A rated books do. I have never had an issue with them, and I think you would find that most posters here haven't either.

I Love 5Dimes and they are my first go to almost always. But their bonuses are not as good. You list their correct bonus structure, however where it differs is you dont get that % upfront. You need to rollover that stated amount BEFORE bonus is released. Where almost all other books you get the bonus upfront to play with while trying to meet rollover. That's why I recommended BetIslands promo instead based on OP looking for great book with great bonus.

BranchD I agree most of them are not "major" issues such as being stiffed, slowpays, etc. And BetOnline does pay, which is the most important thing. But my view is why even deal with the small stuff if you dont need to. Or why would I want to wait 3 weeks for a payout if I can have it in 1 or 2 days for same cost or free? I've tried BetOnline for a small time and was quite annoyed at how they do things and how hard it is to even get your bonus applied, for instance. I also had an issue where I tried to deposit, there processor "declined" my card, but charged it anyway. Eventually it got taken care of, but it was just one more hassle I didnt need and shouldnt have to deal with as a customer. Bottom line is there are many other better options out there.

That's true, but you start out with NO bonus in your account and you need to start rolling over to get percentages of it released into your account. So for instance you deposit $300. At bet islands that means you start out with $300 + $300 FP. With 5Dimes you start out with your initial deposit of $300, nothing more. Here is the example they give

This book's software is the worst.

Had selected a bunch of MLB games (1H, ML and RL), and had given myself 5 minutes before start of games. Unbelievably, I couldn't place a single bet because their f*cking software refused to take any bet as long as a single line had changed. No matter what I tried I couldn't get around their changing lines; so no bets at all. Imagine it. Twelve bets ready to go, but none accepted because one line changed. I would take out that bet to enter it later, but then another line changed. No option to accept the changed line, no option to let the other bets go through at the current lines.
