I think working this split shift at my new job is really crushing me right now. Haven't adjusted to needing to go to sleep earlier since I have to be up at 4:20-ish in the A.M. Getting 4 hours of sleep maybe and then doing the mid-day nap between shifts for another hour or two if I am lucky. Could this be impeding the winning part of my brain from operating @ 100% .... recent losing streaks indicate YES.

If I close my eyes right now, I'd be asleep in 5 seconds. Love the job, but damn I'd kill for a straight eight hour shift of some sort.
