Hey pal....there's only one Americas Team. Sorry to disappoint, but the great Tex Schramm coined that phrase for the Cowboys many years ago.
Here's the reality, kiddos never grew up wanting to be Richard Todd or Ken O'Brien.....they grew up wanting to be Troy Aikman or, Captain America himself: Roger Staubach!

What Opie said! Pretty sad when trying to pilfer another team's established nickname.
Went to Cowboys' practice last night. Romo and Dez looked sharp...gonna be a beastly combination. DeMarco Murray looked super-quick as well. We'll see what kind of PT he's gonna get.
