    And when youve worked ur cattle to the max and they refuse to budge find a spotter and get that extra couple of reps out (even if it means going beyond exhaustion...Let ur spotter take only as much as is needed...Its about the burn and reminding those equine as to whos boss remember)...U want those cows to be on a premium diet 4 maximum growth bossy...

    Good to hear ur starting to get the results bossy, now just look after yourself and dont go too heavy (easiest way to injuries)...Havent been training as much as i should (arms are only 16.6" and chest 44" atm, fukkin disgrace) ..time to step things up again...

    And as far as ripping ppls heads off and eating them if done correctly it "ONLY" pinches the nerves in their spine..Yeah they cant move for several days after but within a few weeks there up and about as though nothing ever happened

    Real fighters use gloves..I can bring my 44 caliber I carry in my cowboy boots but that would not be fair

    Boxers for most part where no clothes because of weapons risky

    We had a fight other day in an alley with two guys, both nude and had gloves on
