    SBR BEST BET THREAD - Friday, August 5th, 2011

    Post your strongest bet of the day. You can use any sport you want, all types of straight wagers accepted, just make it clear.

    You may play money lines but only between -500 and +500.

    Scoring: -110 is risking 1.10 to win 1.00 and +110 is risking 1.00 to win 1.10 and so on.

    Post your record along with the play, the line, the odds, and the book. Please use American odds, not decimal.

    Using "SBR Book" and "Local" are not acceptable sources and your wager will not be graded.

    For MLB wagers, both listed pitchers must start in order for your bet to be valid unless stated "Action" for the game.

    For soccer and tennis bets, list the date, time, the opponent and how draws and retirements are to be graded.

    Do not edit your post or it will be graded as a -330 loss. Plays must be posted before the official start time.

    i think the problem we ran into tonight with people posting in both today's and yesterday's (wednesday) threads was because i forgot the stop sign icon, lol. i know i always look for it while scrolling down looking for the best bet thread but for some reason i couldn't edit it in last night.

    so those of you that posted in wednesday's thread, my bad, and no worries i got every bet graded and everything's up to date.

    I use to be in the top 10, back last year when I joined this forum I went 17-1 +16 units to start.

    I only use to make a bet a day, so I would look for the perfect bet, now I go across the board looking for all sorts of plays. Never followed baseball, last year didn't really get it, I seem to be getting it now.
