Why don't you ever see athletes sneeze?

I have no idea why I am thinking this right now...

I can't ever remember seeing anyone sneeze during a game...like a pitcher could easily get a balk or something if he did.

Grabbing your nuts in the batter's box cuts off the sneezing mechanism.

I don't know the exact facts for this, but I think during physical activity, chance of sneezing is reduced dramatically, as you need all the air you can get. I once had a sneezing attack on my way to play soccer one day and it went away immediately when I started playing, then started up again about 15 minutes after I stopped playing. I know pitching isn't considered strenuous physical activity like running and jumping around, but it must be hard enough to induce deep breathing.
