    When I created this thread it wasn't because of fear they shut down, I figured they were doing upgrades or having some other minor problem with site and just wanted confirmation.

    Pinnacle has been around for many years. I have no fear that they are packing up and shutting down... Would be nice if their service was a little more reliable.
