Phillies look like a suspicious play today

    You on them? Why?

I mean I get it, Baltimore/Chicago/Houston but just before break Chicago was showing some effort...

I think the line is where it needs to be.

    I don't know...

Here is something I dug up on the internet...

    Cubs

    Games:39

    Score:167

    Ranking: 4.28

Don't take this the wrong way, but the Cubs are actually trending upward. Once the laughingstock of the league, they are at least competing as of late. A.Ramirez has been hot, and M.Byrd is back to round out a respectable lineup. They still make too many errors and have some of the worst starting pitching you'll ever see. Dempster looks to be a solid starter once again and they have a couple guys in the bullpen that can get people out. If Randy Wells doesnt fix things fast he wont be around much longer. Be careful fading this team in the second half, their might be value riding these guys from time to time out the gate...

i am from philly area, and last night local sports guys saying philly can't hit a breaking ball!! there bats are absolutely horrible, howard blows, if it wasn't for pitching they would be last in there division!! if dempster has good breaking stuff i'd hammer under. i think i'm going to anyway. lee should hold down cubs and phil's can't score worth a shit especially without polanco and victorino. why guess on a team when the under looks so tempting.

Actually just read an interesting story about this ... Lee has been nothing more than average on the road this year (2-5, 4.73 ERA, 1.26 WHIP). Cubs are playing better of late. Hard to lay that much juice on the Phils when you don't know what their bats will do.

Gotta look at Red Sox Run line and Over

They are rolling, Guthrie's #'s in July are so bad. Sox covered the run line last night and all last series vs these donkeys.

Over is set @ 10 maybe get O's get 3-5 to help out.

Ball was traveling very well in Baltimore last night and its the same way tonight. Thunderstorms are possible tonight though.

i am on the phillies tonight for $800 why you ask
1 cliff lee is the man
2 the phillies dont usually lose 2 games in a row this year..
3 its the Phillies and cliff lee against the cubs
4 when the season opened... the phillies lost alot of the 1st games in a 3 game series and won the other 2 to win the series.

Good luck with your wagering and I'm rooting for you to win.

Although, I have this tidbits that might put you on your toes while watching such game.

Philadelphia is 1-4 SU in their last 5 games when playing on the road against Chi Cubs
