    More than 2 days, I'd say.

    Not just European books, most of the Asians and the likes of pinnacle pay in hours, sometimes in minutes.

    A euro book decided to tell me I requested too large of a payout by.... cancelling my payout and never informing me. It just went into limbo.

    Regulation = great for business!

    Clearly I'd prefer that sort of business (or Paddy Power) over an unregulated Pinnacle any day!!!

    It's the lack of accountability and the inherent degeneracy (new word?) of gamblers

    Very simple

    SLOW PAY is better than NO PAY.

    This of course is assuming the slow payer is dead broke.

    Don't blame the offshores. Blame the US government for making things so difficult. Shutting down so many e-wallets and processors affects ALL of their customers. Not just their US residents.

    Without the UIGEA, payments would be in your hands within hours... and you'd damn sure have more than 3 or 4 ways to get your money.

    slow-playing sucks and is a tactic used by far to many books so people lose back deposits.

    As someone mentioned before, books that slowpay U.S. players often pay players in other territories instantly which tells me that most of the otherwise reliable books are not doing this by choice.

    So because it is illegal they have to stiff the few that are brave enough to send them money? This is not a good business plan.

    Some of the slowest paying have been the most profitable. This is probably why "they" put up with it.

    +1

    The easy money is often the slowest. The reasons are obvious.

    Very true. Had a client try to stiff me recently, knowing I'd have to lawyer up to get paid. Had to spend half of what they owed me on attorney fees, assholes.
