    BetPhoenix slow-pays update

    A BetPhoenix (SBR rating C) player reports payment. On May 1st, 2011, the player requested a €689 withdrawal via Neteller. The payout was not paid in the quoted time-frame of 10-14 business days advertised for eWallet payments. After emailing and going to BetPhoenix live chat everyday for the better half of two months, it was suggested that the player accept an alternate payout method. The player agreed that he no longer wished to wait for Neteller, and reported receiving payment on Friday, July 15th, 2011.

    Since SBR's last BetPhoenix report four weeks ago, an additional five slow-pay complaints have been reported. Players report waiting for $30,654, with the earliest payout request made in mid-March of 2011.

    SBR advises players to be persistent and to contact BetPhoenix CS on a daily basis, noting a desire to be paid an alternate method to avoid the now extreme eWallet payout delays. Players may ask to speak with "Tino", the individual now responsible for handling the management of the BetPhoenix day to day operations as well as overseeing the payout department. BetPhoenix players with payment disputes are asked to fill out a sportsbook complaint form.

    Is this implying that Richard is not in charge of day to day operations? Or just that Tino took over the payouts, which he has been doing for 6 months or more.

    To be honest, Tino took care of several payments for me. I guess no one knows right now how this will all shakeout going forward. Richard always treated me good. Hope he lands on his feet from this.

    He better be there. he's the one that kept giving me his word if i deposit there, my money will always be safe. in fact, i asked him to swear on his kids' head that my money will alwys be safe there, and he swore.. and when i made him swear on his kids, 2 min after, i get an angry call from richard telling me how upset and hurt he is and insulted that i wouldn't trust BP.. he was really mad at me.. that's when i made my deposits.. now Fred is nowhere to be seen and richard is gone.. and boy, have i been getting the runaround at BP the last 6 months. never seen anything like it. 14 straight emails unanswered.. the lying from these guys, and chat lying too is unreal...and even this new guy Tino Crooks is not even responding to my email

    wow...what's up with BP...if Phoenix is down I'm sure BetMania and Wager Chief are going going GONE as well...Just a shame...used to make a few deposits there until Richard quit responding and then I said to hell with it if he's not responding no go for me...

    well, something is not adding up here. you are saying they're broke and have no money... and when johnny was always asked why BP are rated so high like B-.. his response was always... if you only knew how much money is behind BP, and who is backing them, it'd blow your mind away.. meaning, they have more money than GOD.. so something is not right here..

    Tough to discern if this is a tap dance to say Richard is not there any longer. If he is not that would be a massive red flag to me.
