    i can get about 6 midwest teams on the fox channels... which is plenty for me.

    but since i have a play on LAA/Oak i'm going to have to watch that.

    If I follow a play, I'll do it on MLB Gameday or if its hoops Gamertracker on CBS, I hate actually watching a sporting event I have action on. Heck half the time I don't even bother following the games until they are almost over, I'll bring up a site and follow to end or just check scores. I'm getting old and out of shape, its too much energy to cap and then have to watch the games.
