Any lines showing what the odds of US debt defaulting?

They raised the debt ceiling 79 times before. They raise this thing and Wall Street continues to get paid plus the US avoids the apocalypse.
The odds should on the YES should be at least -20000
No way it doesn't get raise since both the GOP and Democrats love spending money.
