    Points are given for free and you can not buy them. Poker sites are still allowed to do things like freerolls that are basically just giveaways. There are places that allow US players to play for free for prizes still. Even the UFC has poker tournaments that give away free money. The problem with poker sites is that they don't benefit from players playing their freerolls if they are not allowed to deposit with them. SBR can still benefit from US players if they deposit in sports books.

    I am glad to see SBRJohn come into this thread and also others who have come in and want to be members of my newly formed kingdom. I was also glad to see that John did not immediately take umbrage with my tribute idea. It shows he has not totally abandoned his American market.

    As for you guys who took me out to eat and I forgot abt paying you back..... man that stuff comes with old age and all you will have to do is remind me of the when and the where and i will be glad to pay you back. i have been called alot of things in my life, but NEVER a stiff.

    Give people some free shit and as soon as you give them less (still for free) they want your head on a plate - only 40 days since the change and they already forgot about the benefits they had for a lot longer than that ...

    I still think they should consider allowing US Players to get deposits into FanDuel. Its legal, and it could be used as a conduit for a US cash for points system.

    Lets theoretically say sbr sells points for $10 for every 100 points
    You, a non American person they want to sell points to, instead buy your points for $8 every 100 points from american posters

    And you don't see a problem with that? you are directly competing with sbr and in affect screwing them and their whole new plan

    Not all people will be welcome in my new Kats Kingdom. Just like AMEX doesn't take all applicants. But those who qualify won't need to wait around hoping cold pizza will arrive. They will get perks almost instantly. Kind of like the old days before things got upside down with ill advised laws.

    I am even thinking about a rebate plan for those who want to fly down to Panama for vacations. If you have Platinum status in my kingdom, you would get a generous rebate for such a flight. I am still brainstorming this but some of you might come up with other perks for loyal serfs.

    I am also considering paying some of my subjects for their IT expertise, etc. I think geeks should be rewarded and not shunned. Guys who are betting lunch money should not be spit on--they should be embraced. Who was it who said "pale skin" is not attractive?     The question is not so much how much, but how fast and how reliable. I am sure Lenny of Cascade will pay you $70 for your 1k membership fee.

    Membership has its priviliges. I will probably only have room for 50 members in my kingdom. Some of you have checked in early and that is smart. Reserving a room at the castle is a good thing to do.

    You seem like a sensible guy. Accumulate a few more points and hopefully John will allow you to apply for membership. I might send all the members a really cool hat. (don't come whining if the hat is so cool the mailman steals it and it never arrives) I might also give all members in good standing a free sports pick. (don't come whining if the play loses--this a guaranteed 50/50 pick)
