    Please help! In search of a bookie in Vegas

    I want to find a local bookie to play with here in las Vegas. I live one block from MGM in Vegas. I can meet him/her within walking distance.

    Why would you want to use a bookie if you live in vegas with all the sportsbooks there???

    Surely you can't be that big time that you are trying to avoid taxes. What are the advantages of a bookie?

    If you live one block from the MGM(so I guess you live on the tarmac at McCarran)
    and you are not smart enough to walk the one block and roughly another one city bock from the entrance to the sportsbook and seek out the guys glued to their smartphones/tablets before the games start
