    Arg. vs Columbia Under 2.5

Columbia's D is world class solid. They will play as hard as any team ever has.

It could go over. Tons of talent on the field. When a world class team plays good D they don't allow 2 goals though. Arg. struggling to score lately. All the pressure on them.

Not bad at all. You're right...the Arg mgr has to be looking at his roster trying to get production out of this long list of strikers. Can't please everyone.

    Sort of like Colo +1.5.

Depends on the odds but I really think they have a good chance of keeping it close. Soccer is one of those games where teamwork and hustle means everything. Columbia has nothing to lose. That is a powerful element of human nature. The thing I like is they can really play world class shut down D.
The art of war teaches us to rely not on the likelihood of the enemy's not coming, but on our own readiness to receive him; not on the chance of his not attacking, but rather on the fact that we have made our position unassailable.

Columbia screams under, Argentina over. The game is very important for the Argies who could reduce steam if 1-0 up. Leaning under also, considering the couple of games I have seen so far at the tournament.

and they also struggle to score goals!! Actually bet them at 40/1 e/w for the tournament a while back hoping they can somehow sneak to the final!!

Yeah i just bet every game under 2.5 same as the world cup and cleaned up!! In a lot of these tournaments the
second round of games are around 50/50 then in the last games it's when the majority of overs appear to hit LB.

argentina wins 3-1. There is a rivalry between these 2 countires stemming all the way back to usa 94 qualfying when Columbia won 5-0 in Argentina. Di Maria will start most likely and not that spaz Lavezzi who was causes a lot of break out problems for them... Im taking them at -1

If Argentina play with those same 3 midfielders its going under.

Why Batista needs to play 3 holding mids is beyond me.

I would like to see Pastore or Di Maria in midfield to link with the front 3.

    Batista is an idiot!

Romero; Zabaleta, Burdisso, Milito y Zanetti; Banega, Mascherano, Cambiasso; Lavezzi, Messi y Tevez. Basically same starting 11!

    Only changed Rojo for Zabaleta.

I'm thinking WTF is doing Banega starting after the stupid mistake he made??? Why Pastore on the bench???

WTF is doing Milito as a starter??

Lavezzi played like crap first game!

Lavezzi isn't a starter. Aguerro should be in there after saving them. He deserves the start.

I hear ya, but Cambiasso, Masch and Banega do not offer enough going forward and cannot play enough quality passes. When you play these three the team becomes fractured between the back 7 and the 3 attackers.

I dunno whats up with Lavezzi being so wasteful.

Both teams also have world class forwards. Argentina's defense is a little shaky (just see Bolivia's goal again to see what I'm talking about), so I wouldn't bet a significant amount of money on the under. This game could go every way in all aspects.

Colombia's last 11 all been unders I think.

But if Argentina score in the first 20-25 min, then it could well go over. Tough to call, especially if Aguero starts.

Scout on the ground in Santa Fe Arg. says take chalk and over!!

My boy, (Dub Sack) is there and he says Argentina's squad is embarrassed by 1-1 draw to Bolivia. They are super motivated to play extremely hard. He witnessed Columbia struggle with an extremely young Costa Rican squad and was not impressed.

Dub assures me the same starting 11 will go again for Arg.

I am reversing my position on the UNDER to OVER with a parlay on Arg.

The stadion has a nickname "the graveyard of the elephants" cause long time ago the big teams of Argentina never won in that stadium!

Maybe today the elephant will be Argentina!

Took Argentina to keep a clean sheet at a shockingly good price of evens.
