    Stay away from 5 dimes-lost 19 consecutive bj hands!

    I also lost 22 out of 23. I tried to be very respectful on the chat and they were close-minded

    I really like the depositing options there--very frustrating.

    very small wagers and the customer service at Bookmaker is a million times better- nicer people to deal with. However, 5 Dimes takes my gift card. I need to keep my dignity. A big dilemma

    do you know they have a live casino where you can see the deck sitting there and not being tampered with and that people come and go from seat to seat so if you have 2 players and the dealer and they have the cards "arranged" for the dealer to win, then another person sits down- it throws it all off?

Either go to a real casino where you get a drink before you get fukked or stick to betting sports.     Beat blackjack on there and cashed out $1000, I received the check and it wasn't signed, so the money was put back in my account where I lost it all. Even when you win, you don't win.

    5dimes is the best US offshore book by far and the bashing of it is ridiculous

    reduced juice (is it the only one now since matchy gone?), easy to use layout, options, funding methods, best live lines for US books

    my only complaint is having to request free ** payout at 6am on West Coast

    thanks Jrod---sorry about that. It's the reasoning that you get on how you can lose so many consecutive hands. They don't even try to understand. They could care less. It's an A+ Book... ...not so sure--I liked everything else but customer service is very important
