    1. High volume which means lots of Liquidity??
    2. Book has large bankroll??
    3. High Risk Book That gambles

    not #3

#2 should be only answer but as we have seen in the past, many books try #1, works out sometimes and we hear nothing about it but the other times when it doesn't, we hear of close up or slow pays.... ex: WSEX

Common coach. You answered your own question.

A smaller book w/ limited surplus can't take massive bets which might tap them out. Bigger books can take bigger bets, b/c they can handle short-term losing streaks.

Also, bigger books can garner more information from incoming bets. So, I'm sure that means they can bet out a little.

All of the above, some books operate differently. Some have the bankroll, some are gambling just like us. If they fail they can just stiff everyone. So many online books have gone under by sharps

Well if you look at books that take higher limits the one common denominator is high volume which in turn means it can balance books or dish off volume if one sided.

There are not many books that take big bets and have low volume but a big bankroll

high limit goes with high flexibility in odds.
if the book software supports it well, the risk is minimal.

i am surprised not so many books can pull this relatively simple stuff

I think the question should have been why do most books have such low limits

Books get to keep about 4% of all action (if action is balanced). 4% of a million dollars is way more than 4% of $100. Simple concept really

Depends on the book. I'd say Pinnacle is #2 and #3. Bookmaker is #1 and #2.
