    Bill Miller is the ump. 13 of 17 games umped since 2005 with totals @ 7 or lower have gone UNDERs. Of the last 10 games played by Florida, eight have hit under. Same goes for Oakland.     Something about Nolasco going against the Giants or A's brings out the best in him regardless of his form. Always helps when those two teams generally hit like Pony League teams too.
