nope mlb.tv is fine, its certainly an issue on your part.

most likely its tied to what ever internet securtity you have, as those tend to kill computer performance.

works great for me, but does s*** when some people can't see 4 to 5 teams because of regional blackout.

That is a horrific slow speed. I don't even think dial up was that slow?

3MB = 3 Megabytes or 3000 kilabytes. Both are basement level speeds. If you have broadband, then you are operating at least 20x those speeds.

Other than being blackedout regionally(I know why, but don't understand why they do it), the choppy reception is totally a personal computer issue.

MLB.tv is the best value for money ever. Had it for the last five years.

2600 games (if you don't count blackout) and if you hook the computer up to the TV it is just as good resolution as any broadcast. And I am in Europe..

I used to have it. The connection was fine and so was the video quality etc...

However, I think it sucked because there were so many blacked out games. I had ATL, STL, CIN and I think another team blacked out every game. On weekends every single game was blacked out. Weekends were the main time I was wanting to use it.

If they would fix the blackout issues I would still be a customer all these years later. Instead, I was one year and done and will never come back until they resolve the blackout issues.

There area lot of things to complain about with mlbtv, but thankfully for me I've had few issues with actual video. The blackouts, however, are complete bs. MLB seriously needs to revamp their 1960s-era tv markets.

That is the minimum download speed to view HD on MLB.tv. 3MB or 3000 kbps. Pretty much the basic broadband speed. I'm running at 25MB down, they have a faster option here of 55MB down, but I'm not paying what they want a month for it.
