No is not ok, but if you get caught out there it is your own fault. I personally don't use fb, twitter or any of that crap. I program my phone numbers on personal cell for random girls to be attached to family and people from work. This way a girl gets nosy, I can say it is my cousin or co-worker. Keep a who's who on my work phone so I don't get confused and she isn't getting that as it is locked and in my briefcase.

If you've only noticed it a couple times and you haven't done anything to warrant a search of your phone, just let it go. About a year back, I noticed my now fiancee checking my phone a few times. I wasn't doing anything weird or wrong though. Turned out to be nothing. If it continues, then for sure you need to confront her/do something about it. I wouldn't make a big deal about it just yet if I were you.

it's crazy to think how easy to invade someones privacy anymore. Cell phones/internet make privacy way to hard to keep. Have to always be careful... insecurities take over people all day, everyday, everwhere... Just a fact of life. That being said at least now you know she is checking up on you. But let's not go crazy here and say that it's just women who do this. I've had my cell phone msgs checked, my vmail checked, and my email and Facebook hacked into by guys. Even had one of those keystroke checker things put on my laptop. Some people are just insecure while others are doing the nasty on the side themselves so they become overly suspicious of their partners and know all the signs to look for.

This .. she has never checked on mine .. (unless I've been away from home and asked her to open up my facebook and get me a contact number or something) and I've never checked hers .. (apart from when she calls me from work and tells me that I need to go onto her facebook and feed her farm animals or some such shit) but if she wanted to ... my computer is always on and available .. as is hers... I guess if the trust is there ... then there is no need to "check" on each other ... if she went into your account - she does not trust you .. simple as that.
