    Depends on the size of list. Think of all the cash in envelopes that have changed hands in certain bars in San Jose, for this very same thing. Employees that acquire the customer database and sell it off to whomever wants it. When the online pharmacies were huge in CR (and quite a few sportsbooks had their hand in that industry as well), this happened all the time. And even to this day, it still goes on. I know of a certain list that recently changed hands for $100k. Selling sportsbook data is rather lucrative, if you know where to look.
