We dog tracks where people start begging you for 10 cents to place that wager because their disability is up for the month and they have 1 winner that will turn it around. depends on where you want to live. i live in greenacres which is near wellington where polo capital of the world is and you can get a 2 bedroom for 950. its just outside w palm. we live in a condo that was valued at 289,000 3 years ago and now is valued at 84,000. Problem is all the hoa fees. We paid 488 a month just for privelage of living here i guess. I live 15 minutes from the beach. I have found some places for 1550 on the intercoastal but most are 1 bedroom or small 2 bedrooms. the problem is i have another home in denver so i need to get rid of both of these so i can move closer to the water. There are a lot of forclosures and i have seen some really nice houses in boynton beach just south of here that are 120 k that where 300 k just a couple years ago.

Commerce alone has over 200 poker tables and is probably the largest poker room in America. The low-mid (4-8 limit or $500 NL) stakes games are so easy it will make you puke.
