sbr store no response for 30 hours
hello. i have points for $50 purchase nd need to submit a address change. but sbr live had no one online yesterday at noon vegas. but i submitted request by provided email.
but still no email response, and still no on online at SBR Store. at 7 pm vegas time.
can i get a response please. sorry to approach it in this manner but 30 hours for a online store is a long time.

yes the option to change address is saying "error" this occuring 2 days in a row.
so in essense i'm blocked from purchasing. because the address sbr store has from prev. purchase is dead.
i used the forum live help and illusion helped me immediately. lv herbie sounds like u are right. the address change occurs deeper in the purchase process. not prepurchase. ill update later.
