    Lmao

    I'm terrible at keeping secrets.

    For example,
Raiders told me that he and JJ are lovers. He told me in the strictest of confidence so don't tell anyone - OK.

Let's see, I like hard rock music (bastards just took away our only true rock station where I live...raiders should know which one) I like going out to the clubs on weekends. I love to play pinball. I play alot of live poker games. I drink and smoke. One last thing, I am a Simpsons junky. That's about it my friends.

SBR ... I love Rush ... saw them many times in the UK.

When i was 18 i actually taught soccer at a sports camp in the US (Camp Half Moon in Great barrinton, Mass) .. I the hitch hiked up to Canada and down to New orleans and back to NYC. Everyone would freak out ("its so dangerous") but I didnt know better .. needless to say, not a problem .. great people, never did see a gun and it is a beautiful country.

But, having watched a bit more telly than I did then, i would shit myself doing it again.

My dad beat me out of my valuable GarbagePailKids collection when I was a 2nd grader in an effort to teach me not to gamble...It was some board game.

I have a big sloppy male dog and am otherwise out numbered by woman 4-1 in my home.

I cut my own hair (although some would argue that that is not a secret )

favorite bet: NBA hlf time total

I don't know if this would surprise people or not but, you know those Brazilian hats with assorted fruit on them like Carmen Miranda used to wear?

I wear one of those 24/7.

I hear ya, Mr. Nuts. I'm a huge Gordon fan and my girlfriend is a huge Jimmie Johnson fan. With Jimmie leading the pack and Gordon running in the back, I've been taking a lot of sh*t on race days.

Don't tell my female unit that I told you, but I think its Jimmie's year!

Love sports, love hoops but I abhor the NBA, I think it is the worst game on the planet. They have managed to ruin the game I love most to play! I can't bet, watch or enjoy it at all. Put a gun to my head and tell me I have to watch and I will tell you, "just pull the trigger"!

When it first happened it was a real bummer, now I try to look at the positives. Its a great conversation starter and I get blue balls half as offten as I used to. Could have been worse, could have lost the tool instead of just one of my berries.

Pro ball is quite far from my situation I only play for the fun of it. Which makes it even more confusing that somewhere someone may actually be betting for or against us. If I were you I would stick with the against option. We are a bit in the wrong league.

There is some professional players in our division. Some guys from States are also brought in but our team is more a bunch of friends enjoying basketball. I think Dozer could still be a pro for us And I am a lousy cook...

That is very cool. There was a time when I would have moved to Finland if it meant I could get free meals for playing pro ball.

There are a few directions I could go.

I am a published song-writer. I had about 15 songs published around North America in the early 90's. They were all in the Country category. (For some reason it's important to me to make it clear that I don't listen to country any more; it was just a phase I went through that lasted about 5 years.) It would be a minor miracle if anyone here has heard any of the songs.

Also I'm a recovering alcoholic/addict and for the last 15 years I have done a lot of work with others in that boat.

  • Off Topic: Say something about yourself that people would be suprised to find out

Things get pretty boring midweek without football and there is only so much you can say about the industry...so here is a good opportunity to create a "fun thread" Basically just say something interesting or unique about yourself that other members might find interesting.

    I'll start

-Would love to become a great cook--I enjoy cooking quite a bit but seem to never have time.

-Enjoy reading/studying about the Wild West days (i.e. billy the kid, jesse james, etc...). Very fascinated by it!

-Really enjoy music and movies :0000008:

    -Was born outside the U.S.

-I am a big advocate of supporting local businesses...always go out of my way to shop local even if it costs more.
