    Gold cup soccer wagering

    Good morning SBR

I'll post my Gold cup plays around here, CONCACAF is not as solid as it used to be yet it's not impossible to foresee what's going to happen on it's games either, specially when talking about totals. Let's look forward to a nice betting time and let's all have fun while the tournament goes on.

Based on history and of course following my costarican heart my biggest play is the o2½ on Costa Rica vs Cuba. Costa Rica hasn't showed a lot of attacking capabilities lately, specially considering that tonight we're missing Ruiz and probably Saborio but, as of what I've seen, we're becoming more of an ordered team than just a powerhouse. On the other hand, Cuba has never excelled on soccer overall and their game is balanced all towards a spearhead formation, they may still prove a very worthy foe. All we need then is a goal within the first 25 minutes of the game and wham, over will be happening.

For the other game, Mexico vs El Salvador I'll be taking Mexico -2... It's a very high spread and I'm always hesitant about these, but, this time, it'll be covered. Mexico has gathered A-Grade players from their own league and from major soccer leagues as well, such as the infamous Chicharito which to me, is not their strongest player, I'd give that title to their new kid Dos Santos, full of new energy and that nationalism we soccer followers know of in regards to soccer when speaking of Mexico. El Salvador has been decimated from what it was coming back from the 2000'ish and we haven't sen any particular changes on neither their formation nor any new featurable players within their quarters, specially their defense. Still, one of the walls to take down in CONCACAF but this more becuase of tradition than anything else. On a side note for this game, I'll be taking the o3 as well since we're already aiming towards a very high spread anyways.

So, people, I hope you enjoy this tournament, cash some bucks in and happy betting as always

    Ced

Thanks fellahs, good start for the Gold Cup, overs and the spread covered, still, this was a relatively easy soccer date, tomorrow will be harsh for sure but I'll start doing my homework right now.

Mexico line keeps getting more and more ridiculous. They are not playing in azteca. Anyway I will stick with my o3 and the cr/mex/usa parlay for 2 units each.

Alright boys, here we go, group B games tomorrow.

First hour we have Jamaica vs Grenada. I've always liked comparing Jamaica to Nigeria soccer-wise since they're know for they're speed, the biggest difference tho is that Jamaica has always shown a preference on attacking more than anything else. Technically speaking tho, Jamaica and Nigeria cannot be compared just yet since the records the two of them have are way different. Anyways, going back to tomorrow's game, considering Jamaica is growing back to the real pain it used to be in CONCACAF's world cup elimination rounds, I'm hands down loving the o2½, I'm seeing something like 3-0, 2-1 on this game in the worst case. Historically speaking, Grenada has never achieved a single point on the Gold cup, but this is the first time they face Jamaica in this tournament. I'm looking forward to this caribbean classic game tomorrow.

Now, for this very first round I'm dead sure this has to be the hardest game to bet on, Guatemala and Honduras. CONCACAF's world cup elimination rounds have always been filled with good rivalries, and this is one of them. The advantage this time lies on the overall ages of the teams, Guatemala has a very mature team full of experience and minutes on the field, Honduras on the other hand is bringing in new players and this combined with keeping their powerhouses within their national team ends up being a really strong alloy, they have a downside though, and this is what happens with most other CONCACAF's teams, they lack order when playing and they're more spontaneous than anything else when playing... I'll go for the u2½ here, and will agree to our friend DogLover above on the Honduras -1...

Hard round tomorrow boys, let's sit back and enjoy the games. Best of luck guys and happy betting as always

Dazed, this is another hard game tho, I haven't gone to their stats just yet and will do my homework tomorrow, bases on recent games tho, man, I'd say 35% chance for a tie, 35% US, 30% Canada... I still got to see exactly if they've set something up with the players tho

I'm trusting you on the Jamaica - Granada call.

It'll be interesting to see the US - Canada analysis. On a first glance, 30% chance for Canada sound like way too much credit for them...

Jamaica also beat beat Grenada 2-1 earlier this year, so it shows Grenada can score and will hopefully push this over 2.5.

Good evening good posters, so far so good. First off, let me apologize for being available during night time only, but well, that's my normal life schedule. As predicted the Jamaican fellows played their lightning fast game, not technical but still succesful against an average Grenada. And, with the Guatemala and Honduras game, everything's going great yet, not as I predicted, this is actually a good game and they're tied by merit, not by lack of soccer. Let's keep enjoying this game and start capping later tomorrow games. Let's get 'em boys.
