    Probably going big on Celtics moneyline, and good amount on spread. 1st day of the seaso at Boston, the Cavs have a beating coming to them.

    Agreed. Celtics are getting their rings. They will be pumped. Will play hard. And they play tough D on LeBron. Dont see how the Celtics can lose.

    i think the play is boston, or dont play at all... cleveland was pretty bad in preseason, won only 3 games ... ya they played boston tight both times they played them in the preseason .... boston.... at home... for the first time since winning it all... look for them to pour it on... either play them or dont make a play

    I havent seen the spread yet with the site I use, but it seams to be -7 in other places, Lebron is the only one on either team thats played truly competitive ball in the last 3 months, I dont think the Celtics are three scores better at this point. I got the Cavs +7.

    Cavs/celtics over 40 (1st quarter)
    -the total went over 40 in 3 of the 4 regular season games in the 2007-08 season. In the 7 playoff games, 4 games went over 40, 2 games stayed under 40 and in one of the games, the celtics and cavs hit for 40.
    -This total for the first quarter is really low and easily should go over. Just too many scorers on both teams in this game.

    Don't you remember how pissed off Lebron was after game 7 last year?? Don't you think they can stay within 6-7 pts here, no way in hell he'll allow a Celtic blowout, plus do you really think Boston comes out in game one with the same fire and intensity after having the banner up and getting their rings...they'll be feeling good while the Cavs will be pissed.

    Cavs +2 (1st Q) and +3.5 (h)
    -I think cavs are a real bargain espcially when they are underdogs at half and the game. Betting favorites at the first half is not wise. You are better off taking the favorites like the celtics for the whole game. The cavs will not start fouling in the 2nd quarter like they will in the 4th quarter. Plus the cavs are solid on defense.
