I've bet the last two days but got money back, have the rules changed?

Yeah they were voided, and I don't know why?

they say the bets are made past post time at the tracks, which of course they are not, they are past the post times they post on the site 6 hours before races are run and even though your bets are in well before post time, if SBR says a race is scheduled to run at 3:15 but doesnt run until 3:30 your bet needs to be in by 3:15 or they will void it, of course you have to hunt them down to find this out, no one answers in live chat either and i still have a bet not graded that will be voided.

Should be able to show them the Race Chart which includes the actual "race off time" and get credited the amount you would have won.
