very true, El Nino...but neither of these teams have stop each other consistently...only one game this year between them has been low scoring (2 - 1) and the rest were 5 - 1, 4 - 2 type of affairs...I'm just hoping for a 3 - 2 score with the possibility of an empty netter to seal the deal...

Short rest. Kings get the extra day... Funny thing is that people will think the Wild are easy pickings after a 7 game series when the Blackhawks got far more banged up in their series. Wild dictated the hitting in the Avs series. Dominated much more than the results showed.

On paper Chicago should win but Crawford is beatable and think Wild have a decent shot. Just beware of cheapshots

Cooke will be back in Game 4 I believe. Him and Shaw are perfect for each other. Question is are we stuck with Bryz? How bad is the injury to Keumper? Not a lot of time to recover. Injuries to the tender fukked them last year against the Blackhawks.

If Quick continues his current form, this series is over in 4 games and the Kings would certainly have a goaltender edge against Chicago in the next round should they both make it to the CF.

Yeah, the Kings will win in 4 or 5. Their defensive play is just ridiculous right now. Give them 1 late one goal lead and it's over. The Ducks could get nothing free flowing into the zone. They played dump an chase for an entire period and couldn't score. The Kings are killing them in board work and Quick has flashed when he has needed to. The defense is right there mopping up even when he gives up a bad rebound. With Gaborik, Kopitar, and Williams flying I don't see the Kings getting much of a fight from the Ducks here.

Kings will be +100 or better in the Chicago matchup as well.
