Nah, that was more of a hip check. When the guy is going to skate by you and you stick your leg out to impede his progress was Cooke's hit. Doubt he's trying to hurt him there, more just to make contact or slow him down. Too dangerous though. I still thought the hit on Backes was more egregious.
